When an employee is working on a certain project, he must keep his interface up to date by activating the flashing light corresponding to the task(s) he is working on. This update is then automatically carried on to the supervisor interface. This way, the supervisor always knows what the employees are working on in real time. | Interaction between Basecamp and VisioPlanning |
|
To use VisioPlanning, you must use Basecamp as a base planning software.
The interaction is very simple. All data kept in Basecamp is automatically transmitted to VisioPlanning's luminous interface and vice versa. None of your data is cached. When you launch VisioPlanning, you allow it to get data from your Basecamp account to transmit it to VisioPlanning's interface.
VisioPlanning.com sets the proper light positioning for all concerned tasks in your Basecamp account with your authorization.
Your data's security is guaranteed by Basecamp since VisioPlanning keeps none of it in memory. |

| The luminous system |
|
The luminous system is the basis of VisioPlanning. It is very simple. When the light flashes, it means that an employee is working on the corresponding task at the moment. The closer the light is to blue, the closer the task is to completion. You also have light indicators that show the average progression of projects and subprojects and others that show lack of information and updates. |

|
The interaction between workers and supervisors is extremely important. VisioPlanning offers a simple and efficient way to communicate. All updates made by the workers in their interface are transmitted to the supervisor and vice versa. This way, as soon as a problem occurs or your attention is otherwise required, you are warned in real time. |
