A- Luminous task progress indicator
These lights are the basis of VisioPlanning. They provide information that was not available before. You can now know what your employees are working on at the moment and how much of the work has already been done.
The closer the lights get to blue, the closer the task is to completion. The worker is the one to update these lights and his precision will allow you to get a better overview of his work. A few seconds per day are all it takes to keep his interface up to date.
Three states are possible for a single position (other than turned off). Right click on a light to set its state.

- The flashing light means that the employee is working on this task at the moment
- The dark light means that the employee has completed that much of the work
- The clear light means that this is the first task the employee will work on when he arrives
